CULINARY ARTS AND DESIGN

Each Chef will feature a dish inspired by their heritage. The presentation and the story-telling of the dish adds a modern day honor.
Many of the Chefs own restaurants or are the executive Chef at an establishment in Michigan. Some of the establishments will offer the dish during a particular day.

The exhibition features the Chefs as Designers in Culinary Arts. They must include Design in their final product. Chef: Name Country or Culture Where the recipe originated: Circa: Ingredients: Restaurant where the public can sample the dish:

To develop a dish for the public, careful placement of each elements is paramount.

Each product from each country and/or culture has it own history. The way it is brought to the table , the way the dish plays at part in everyday life or for a festive holiday.
