DESIGN PRINCIPLES
The principles of design describe the ways that designers use the elements of design in a work of art/design. Balance is the distribution of the visual weight of objects, colors, texture, and space. If the design was a scale, these elements should be balanced to make a design feel a certain way.


























Value can be referred to as tone, is the relative lightness and darkness of an object. It has nothing to do with the price of design.

Philosophy of design is the study of assumptions, foundations, and implications of design. The field is defined by an interest in a set of solutions, or an interest in central or foundational concerns in design.
