Interior Designer BIO Kiana Wenzell has more than 19 years experience researching, planning and executing design projects in metropolitan Detroit. In her current role, Kiana is Co-Executive Director of Design Core Detroit, a non-profit economic development organization housed within the College for Creative Studies. She also serves as Director of Detroit Month of Design, Drinks x Design and manages other key Design Core public programming. Kiana has an undergraduate degree in interior design

BIO Although K'Kio graduated in 2001 in graphic design he actually is an editorial designer and brand developer with 20 years of experience. He has an extensive history in print but also a 12 year track record in graphic design/art director including web design, digital, social marketing, packaging, photogragraphy To date some of my career highlights include ∙ Taking local magazine (Clear Magazine) to an international magazine ∙ Re-branding U of M Engineering School and more.

BIO My career embarks on my first love, fashion illustration. Fashion is my inspiration and expressing that with drawing and painting will always be significant in my career endeavors. Fashion Illustration pushed me to bring my illustrations to life, which lead me to picking up in Fiber and Textile Design. Being able take my own fiber and textile designs and translate them into garments that reflect me as a fashion illustrator and designer. I have been able to apply the knowledge and skills

Fashion/Textile Designer BIO Shawna McGee is a successful women’s wear designer inspired by her seamstress mother, McGee studied fashion design at Cass Technical High School in her hometown of Detroit Michigan. Upon earning a full scholarship to Parson School of Design. As an Undergrad, Shawna studied abroad in Paris where she indulged in French couture and culture. She worked with Donna Karan and Louis Dell’Olio for Anne Klein, Ralph Lauren and others.
